It doesn’t take very long for weight gain to sneak up on you, which is pretty depressing. One moment you are slim and ripped, and the next moment you have put on 30 pounds and are looking Jabba the Hut. The fact is that weight loss isn’t rocket science. We all know that we should diet and exercise. But what diet? And how much exercise? There are many pills and shakes out there for you to take, but how effective are they? Well hopefully I’ll answer some of these questions.
I did lose some weight with diet and exercise alone, but not as quickly as I would have liked. But, to be honest, I did start a little late in the season, which meant I didn’t look as thin as I wanted by the time summer came around. Diet and exercise is the best way to keep the weight off though.
You might be getting your physique ready for that beach holiday, or trying to get in shape for you partner. Either way, shedding those extra pounds can be a great confidence boost.
To effectivley lose body fat you must do light cardio coupled with muscle building exercise. This is far more effective than cardiovascular exercise alone.
Another myth is that the diet pills don’t work. Again if they are used in confunction with diet and exercise they can help, even the caffeine pills.
The best thing to do is research your products carefully. If you do this and find the right combination for you, it’s then a matter of sticking to your routine, until the results come.
