I believe that the majority of the population understands how important dietary fat is. What’s so special about it? Well, it plays a critical role in the production of fat-incinerating hormones.

So here is a quick rundown of the different types of fat:

2. Saturated fat: This is a very unhealthy fat for the female body. Not only does it stiffen arteries but it also causes insulin resistance. 3. Mono fat: Short for monounsaturated fat, this is a great fat for cooking food because it doesn’t break down at high temperatures. You should include a hefty amount of this fat in your diet for optimal health.

4. Polyunsaturated fat: Omega-3 fats fall into this category. They are great for speeding up arm fat loss and have been touted as some of the most healthy molecules you can put in your body.

5. Trans fat: Also known as “shortening”, “vegetable shortening” and “partially hydrogenated vegetable oil,” trans fats are lethal. No amount of trans fat intake is safe, period. Always look for the above phrases in the ingredients list of whatever food you are buying.

Optimizing your fat intake is critical for sexy arm success. A diet lacking healthy fats will lead to failure. Not to mention all the health issues that can arise from an extremely low fat diet. After all, some of the most healthy diets in the world are very high in fats.

The new 2010 study has challenged the myth about men, women and their lingerie colour choice. Red was always thought to be the sexiest lingerie colour, but it is no longer the case in 2010 according to the British males.

Often chosen as a valentines day boudoir gift, racy red lingerie is now shown to be a big turn off by British men according to the 2010 study. More than half the men questioned put red lingerie as their least favourite colour, with nearly 20% giving pink the no-no, and 11% saying thumbs down to flesh tone underwear.

This goes against 60% of women’s idea that they bought red underwear to impress their men because they liked it, not so black is tops followed by white lingerie. This of course could be a blessing in disguise, black or white lingerie would be a far more practical purchase.

A fashionable black or white lingerie garment could be worn on far more occasions as underwear or fashionable outerwear. For example a lacy boudoir body could be worn with a floaty skirt or show it off underneath an oversized top, You could pair a corset with leggings and go out clubbing or to a party or with trousers, jeans or skirt for a more casual night out, but they can equally be worn in the boudoir.

So lingerie is sexy and gorgeous, as outerwear to go clubbing or to a party, or in the boudoir for your partner, it can be worn at anytime, not just in the bedroom.

For the most part, the foods that you eat on the three day tuna diet aren’t balanced and therefore you will quite likely not lose any permanent weight. You are allowed some small amounts of fish and chicken, some peanut butter, a few vegetables and an apple for dinner. If you make up the rest of the week by eating ice cream for dinner, you’ll see this is not a healthy diet.

You need to be aware the refined carbohydrates, which make up a substantial portion of the three day tuna diet have very little if any nutritional value. Food cravings are increased when you have so few calories but have breads and sugars. The reason for this is that there is a spike in the production of insulin when we consume these carbohydrates.

When deciding to use low calorie weight loss systems like this one you are setting yourself up for food cravings. Even if you do make it through the three days every week, you are likely to eat unhealthy foods during the four day period in which you are free to eat what you like. Studies done as far back as the 1970s, show that the average dieter will ultimately gain up to eight pounds in the weeks after the diet.

There are various diets that are geared towards safe weight loss. Some of these diets can be good ways to lose weight while others focus on eliminating healthy foods and calories. The 3 day tuna diet may drop pounds in the beginning but in the end you will most likely gain the weight back you lost and maybe even more.
