When you consider that there are thousands of people on a diet right now, trying to lose some weight, if a fat burning food source has been found, you cannot ignore it.
I with I was writing to tell you that all the sweet things now burn fat, but I am not.
Your main food source should be nutritious food because these are the real fat burning foods, not junk food.
By the way, this is no trick or scam. The real fat burning foods are all of the foods that your body has to work at, to naturally digest. This is the natural way your body was made. These are foods that will cause your body’s metabolic rate to increase, to work at eliminating calories. When your body has to work at it, then it is an internal exercise, which causes more calories to burn. Your body is actually designed to work this way.
Junk food is already processed, so your body’s metabolism has to do very little work to digest it.
Processing a piece of cake is a piece of cake for your body. It can break it down fairly quickly, and there are a lot of empty calories that go directly to your fat cells. When this happens, your body becomes lazy and sluggish, therefore a slowed down metabolic rate.
Most of the fast foods are processed junk foods. Another good example is, take a good look at the canned fruit and vegetables on the supermarket shelves. The labels will tell you exactly what is included in every single can and brand.
It’s amazing how much added sweeteners, salts and chemicals that are added to the canned varieties of foods.
Balanced, nutritious meals, will help set up your body, to burn calories faster, longer and harder. Fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and leaner meats are one of the main recipes to lose weight. The main key is, balancing this out with the portion size at the meals.
You have to learn to set limits for yourself, you cannot eat till you’re full because then you will not lose inches.
Letting your “I am still hungry” mentality, then eating more, is not a part of the weight loss plan. If you give yourself a chance, after eating your meals, with less food than you have been eating, works; without you craving more.
The rule of thumb is: if you don’t feel satisfied after you’ve eaten, wait for 20 minutes after your meal because your mind will then catch up to the fact that you have eaten. Most of the time the food craving disappears providing you have had a nutritious meal.
These are the things that will help you to lose weight. If you choose fresh, whole foods it will help you burn belly fat. If you can add 25 minutes of aerobic exercises a couple of times a week, it will drastically increase your metabolism, helping you to lose weight faster.
