People who undertake this method of cleansing diet eat a greater amount of vegetables and fruits and other things that have a high amount of natural fiber. To make up for the energy loss from avoiding carbs, people who do this cleanse diet need to add protein into their meals.
Other people also say no to meat. If you are under this cleanse diet, some alternatives would be fish and tofu.
Because undertaking a cleansing diet for too long can end up in negative side effects like insomnia, joint and muscle pain and headaches, one should not body cleanse for a long period of time.
