If you are one of the thousands who struggle with extra fat in your thigh area then I have both good news and bad news for you. First for the bad news. There are no exercises you can do or pills you can take which somehow magically target the fat on your thighs. The body just doesn’t work that way. You hold onto fat on your thighs because of your genetics and there’s nothing that can be done about that. Be aware that any sort of exercise machine you see advertised that supposedly targets fat in the thighs is nothing but nonsense. Such a machine may help you build muscle in that area of your body, but that is a completely different thing than burning fat.
